How do I get my ticket?

For all tickets
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your Junk/Spam mailbox.

SMS/Mobile Ticket
Your ticket will be sent to your mobile via a text straight after your purchase and then again 48 hours before the event. Please note the same barcode will be sent both times and can only be used as a ticket once. If members of your party are arriving at different times you can forward this message onto them, the barcode can only be used for the number of tickets you have purchased.

What does my barcode look like?
You barcode will be a square 2D pixelated image that will arrive via SMS.

What shall I do if I don't receive my ticket?
If you haven't received your SMS ticket within 24 hours of the event please email your contact details and your query to http://ibizarocks@trinitystreetdirect.com or Tel: 08700 428 635

What shall I do if I delete my ticket?
Please contact customer services at http://ibizarocks@trinitystreetdirect.com between 9am and 5pm (UK time). If you delete your ticket directly before the event, please attend with ID and the phone you used to register, knowing your mobile number!! TO AVOID DELAYS PLEASE DO NOT DELETE YOUR BARCODE TICKET!!!

E-Ticket
Tickets are NOT dispatched to you. You will receive your barcoded ticket via email. Please ensure you bring your barcoded e-ticket with you.

Physical Ticket
NO PHYSICAL TICKETS WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU.

Ibiza Rocks operates a policy of using various outdoor venues on the island - including in 2007 Bar M, Gala Nights (Old Zoo) and Pikes Hotel. This year we will continue to operate from outdoor venues. The secret venue adds an element of mystery to the whole proceedings but full announcements are made in time on www.ibizarockshotel.com Each ticket to Ibiza Rocks includes free bus travel from Bar M to the venue from 7pm on the evening of the show, and return travel to Bar M after the gig. We will email and SMS (if selecting mobile option) ticket holders with full line up and venues closer to the time.

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
Ibiza Rocks payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd. DirectPay will appear on your card statement.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the Managements discretion. Please apply in writing to Ibiza Rocks Customer Services, PO Box 4897, Warwick, CV34 9GT.
